  • internal or external newsletters
  • email marketing campaigns

Our work starts with a discussion about the outcomes you want to achieve. We may discuss approaches. I’ll review any documentation you have available and conduct my own research and/or interviews to make sure I understand the topic. In some cases, the materials may be part of a larger communication plan I’ve developed for you.
